   I recently bought the 28″ Titanium Men’s 7mm Link necklace. It’s extremely handsome, is very smooth and doesn’t pinch. I needed a very strong necklace and clasp. I can’t imagine any piece of jewelry to be stronger than this. It suited my needs perfectly and the price was right. I own no jewelry with the exception of my wedding ring. I plot to wear this necklace everyday it’s so comfortable. It really looks better in real life than in the Amazon photo, and I reckon that image looks quite nice.

   I ordered this necklace and it arrived 4 days later in the mail. When I unwrapped it and tried the chain on I realized the clasp was broken (i.e. the chain would not close itself properly). The next day I called customer service and clarified my problem with them. The representative on the line was very helpful and recommended I return it back to them for an exchange free of charge. After mailing it in, they promptly made the swap the day they received it and sent it back out to me, arriving in about the same time the original package took to ship. My overall satisfaction with this company stems from their willingness to resolve my issue in a pleasant and expeditious manner. The titanium chain looks fantastic, wears well, and I plot on keeping it around my neck for years to come.

   I have no complaints, anything I had go on was very easily rectified by swift and convenient customer service representatives. Service that you get for the lifetime of your ownership, a huge positive for Titanium Kay. I thought long and hard before I made this buy, and had I known I was going to be this pleased, it would’ve be a no brainer. Quality is fantastic and as far as titanium goes, this has a very nice polished shine to it. In a fantastic and not overly flashy design, exactly how I wanted it. Best looking necklace I’ve ever seen for a man, highly recommend this necklace.

   I ordered a 20″ length. Fantastic looking. Arrived in 4 days.
   
   Clasp broke within a week. (Sounds the same as the other reviewer)
   
   Currently awaiting resolution of my problem (about to send it back for a replacement chain)…
